संस्था यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन का मानना है कि, जीवन में अच्छे काम करने के अनगिनत अवसर मिलते हैं। जब अच्छे काम करने के अवसर आते हैं, तो सभी को नेक कामों में सक्रिय रूप से शामिल होना चाहिए। मातृ शक्ति व नारी शक्ति जो समाज और जिस दुनिया में हम रहते हैं। उसमें सार्थक योगदान देती हैं। सामाजिक कार्य एक ऐसी जगह जहाँ व्यक्तिगत और पेशेवर लक्ष्य एक साथ मिलते हैं। यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन की टीम वास्तविक जीवन की चुनौतियों का समाधान करने नारी शक्ति को सशक्त करने के लिए सदैव कार्यरत रहता है। चाहे इनसे जुड़ा शिक्षा, स्वास्थ्य, आर्थिक विकास, आजीविका, बुनियादी ढांचे या किसी अन्य पहलू के क्षेत्र में हो। स्वाभाविक रूप से परोपकारी लोगों के लिए, यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन में शामिल होने से, एक संतुष्टिपूर्ण सामाजिक परिवर्तन की शुरुआत होती है। यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन एक खुली, लचीली, अत्यधिक आकर्षित, सहयोगी और योग्यता आधारित कार्य संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देता हैं। हम लोगों को महत्व देते हैं। और उन्हें जिम्मेदारी, स्वायत्तता एवं भविष्य की कल्पना करने और उसे बदलने का साहस देते हैं। ऐतिहासिक रूप से, भारत में महिलाओं को स्त्री द्वेष और पितृसत्तात्मक व्यवस्था से जूझना पड़ा है। जो उन्हें सामाजिक और आर्थिक रूप से नीचे रखती है। हालांकि बदलाव आ रहा है। इसका एक बड़ा हिस्सा उन गैर सरकारी संगठनों का उत्कृष्ट योगदान है। जो महिलाओं के अधिकारों को बनाए रखने पर ध्यान केंद्रित करते हैं। संस्था यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन का मुख्य मिशन वंचित महिलाओं एवं उनके बच्चों का पुनर्वास है। उन्हें सशक्त बनाना है। 2016 में स्थापित यह संस्था महिलाओं विशेष रूप से एकल महिलाओं और विधवाओं को प्रशिक्षण और शिक्षा कार्यक्रमों के माध्यम से नए कौशल विकसित करना है। इस प्रकार आत्मनिर्भर बनने में मदद करता है। हर महिला आत्मविश्वास से भरी हो। वह जीवन जीने के लिए तैयार हो, जिसकी वह हकदार है। संस्था यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन ने चार राज्यों उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार, झारखंड, छत्तीसगढ़ में कला-संस्कृति के माध्यम से महिलाओं एवं लड़कियों के जीवन को प्रभावित किया है। राष्ट्रीय बालिका दिवस, शहीद दिवस, नुक्कड़ नाटक, जन जागरूकता जैसी विभिन्न प्रकार की सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयोजन करके, उनके जीवन स्तर में परिवर्तन लाया है। संस्था यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन उत्तर प्रदेश के आठ जिलों वाराणसी, चंदौली, गाजीपुर, भदोही, मिर्जापुर, आजमगढ़, प्रयागराज, जौनपुर के 1037 से अधिक महिलाओं को सिलाई, बुटीक एवं हस्थकरघा आदि के तहत, उनके जीवन स्तर में परिवर्तन लाया है। तथा आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर, अशक्त, असहाय, महिलाओं के बच्चों की जीवन स्तर को सुधारा है। संस्था अभी तक 174 से ज्यादा बच्चों को समाज के मुख्य धारा से जोड़कर उनके जीवन में सुधार लाया है। बच्चे अब स्कूल जा रहे हैं। संस्था समुदायों को अधिक टिकाऊ भविष्य के लिए प्रेरित करता हैं। पिछले कुछ वर्षों में समाज की लगातार बदलती जरूरतों के प्रति उत्तरदाई रहते हुए। यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन वर्तमान में ग्रामीण महिलाओं से जुड़कर कला-संस्कृति, स्वास्थ्य, शिक्षा आदि के तहत उनके जीवन स्तर में परिवर्तन ला रहा है।

The main mission of the organization USS Foundation is to rehabilitate underprivileged women and their children. To empower them. Established in 2016, this organization helps women, especially single women and widows, to develop new skills through training and education programs. Thus, it helps them to become self-reliant. Every woman should be full of confidence. She should be ready to live the life she deserves. The organization USS Foundation has influenced the lives of women and girls through art and culture in four states Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh. By organizing various types of cultural programs like National Girl Child Day, Martyr's Day, street plays, public awareness, it has brought about a change in their standard of living. The organization USS Foundation has brought about a change in the living standards of more than 1037 women of eight districts of Uttar Pradesh, Varanasi, Chandauli, Ghazipur, Bhadohi, Mirzapur, Azamgarh, Prayagraj, Jaunpur, by teaching them sewing, boutique and handloom etc. And has improved the living standards of the children of economically weak, disabled, helpless women. The organization has so far improved the lives of more than 174 children by connecting them to the mainstream of society. The children are now going to school. The organization inspires communities for a more sustainable future. Over the past few years, USS Foundation has been responsible for the ever-changing needs of society. Currently, USS Foundation is connecting with rural women and bringing about a change in their living standards in the field of art-culture, health, education etc
