संस्था यू.एस.एस.फाउंडेशन ( उमा शंकर सिंह फाउंडेशन ) लगातार सामाजिक कार्य करते आ रही है। संस्था ने सदैव राष्ट्र एवं समाज की भलाई के लिए कार्य किया है। संस्था का उद्देश्य है, "संगठन का उद्देश्य भिक्षावृत्ति और संकट से मुक्त देश" संस्था निर्धन, असहाय कूड़े बीनने वाले अवयस्क बालक बालिकाओं को शिक्षित करना, उन्हें रोजगारपरक बनाना , बाल श्रम के प्रति जागरूकता पैदा करना , गरीब असहाय वृद्ध व्यक्ति को भोजन एवं वस्त्र का वितरण करना, राज्य सरकार अथवा केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा चलायी जा रही गरीबी उन्मूलन एवं अन्य कल्याणकारी योजनाओं के संबंध मे प्रसारित करना व लाभ प्राप्त करने में उनका सहयोग करना, पर्यावरण के प्रति स्कूल कॉलेज में वृक्षारोपण कराना तथा लोगो के अन्दर जागरूकता पैदा करना। धूम्रपान से उत्पन्न घातक बिमारियों के प्रति बच्चों व समाज के प्रति जागरूकता पैदा करना। जल संचयन को बढाने हेतु हर संभव कोशिश करना, जागरूक करना, भूमिगत जल संचयन हेतु विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों में हिस्सा लेना। संस्था ने अभी तक 650 से ज्यादा बच्चों को समाज की मुख्यधारा से जोड़ा है। यह वे बच्चे हैं, जो भीख मांगते थे, जिनके सिर पर माता - पिता की छत्रछाया नहीं हो। या तो बहुत ही गरीब हो, ऐसे बच्चों को संस्था ने मोटिवेट किया,पढ़ाया उन बच्चों को सभी विषयों की शिक्षा के साथ-साथ कंप्यूटर की शिक्षा दी जाने लगी। बच्चों को लगातार मोटिवेट करने के बाद धीरे-धीरे बच्चों में परिवर्तन देखने को मिलने लगा। संस्था के लगातार प्रयासों से बच्चे स्कूल जाने लगे। संस्था सालों साल तक इंतजार करती है। उनको पढ़ाती रहती है। जब तक उनके अंदर की इच्छा शक्ति खुद ना जागे। और वह खुद ना कहे कि, हमें स्कूल जाना है। तब तक संस्था उनको मोटिवेट करना और पढ़ाना लगातार चालू रखती है। और स्कूल जाने के बाद भी उनको सेंटर पर आना अनिवार्य होता है। साथ ही उनके माता-पिता को भी संस्था मोटिवेट करती है। कि आपका बच्चा पढ़ लिख लेगा तो देश और मां-बाप का नाम रोशन करेगा। लगातार प्रयासों से ही बच्चे स्कूल जाने लगते हैं। जिसमें सदैव प्रयास करना पड़ता है। संस्था दो हजार से ज्यादा लड़कियों और महिलाओं को सिलाई, मेहंदी, ब्यूटीशियन का प्रशिक्षण दे चुका है। अब वह लड़कियां और महिलाएं जहां भी हैं। अब वह स्वरोजगार के तहत स्वावलंबी बन रही है। वह अपने जीवन के कीमती समय का सदुपयोग कर रही है। उनका दिनचर्या सुव्यवस्थित एवं संगठित हो चुका है। संस्था के प्रयास से हजारों किसान भाइयों में परिवर्तन देखने को मिला। अब उनकी पैदावार बहुत ही अच्छी हो गई। उनकी फसलों में रोग नहीं लगते हैं। या रोग लगते भी हैं। तो उनका सदैव उचित उपाय कर लेते हैं। 10,000 किसान भाई संस्था के अथक प्रयास से जागरूक हो चुके हैं। संस्था ने 50 से ज्यादा हेल्थ कैंप का आयोजन कर 30,000 से ज्यादा लोगों को नि:शुल्क दवा वितरण कर चुका है। संस्था लगातार सामाजिक कार्य को करते आ रहा है। और सदैव राष्ट्र की भलाई में अपना योगदान दे रही है। संस्था से जुड़े सैकड़ों सदस्य ने भी अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वाह करते हुए। सदैव सामाजिक कार्यों में हिस्सा लेते हैं। और अपने कर्तव्यों का निर्वाह करते रहते हैं। संस्था सामाजिक उत्थान व जरूरतमंदों की आवश्यकताओं की पूर्ति व एक स्वच्छ सुन्दर सुदृढ़ समाज बनाने हेतु हर प्रकार का कार्य करने हेतु तत्पर है। संस्था का प्रत्येक सदस्य पूर्ण उत्साह व धैर्य के साथ संस्था के उद्देशयो की पुर्ति हेतू वचनबद्ध है।

Along with this, the organization also motivates their parents. If your child can read and write, then the name of the country and parents will be illuminated. With constant efforts, children start going to school. In which effort always has to be made. The organization has given training to more than two thousand girls and women in tailoring, mehndi, beautician. Wherever those girls and women are now. Now she is becoming self-supporting under self-employment. She is making good use of the precious time of her life. His routine is well organized and organized. Due to the efforts of the organization, changes were seen in thousands of farmer brothers. Now his yield has become very good. There is no disease in their crops. Or get sick. So always take proper measures for them. 10,000 farmers have become aware of the tireless efforts of the brothers. The organization has organized more than 50 health camps and has distributed free medicines to more than 30,000 people. The organization has been continuously doing social work.
