Skill Development Program by USS Foundation
Trained 1037 girls in Tailoring, Mehndi, Beautician, Dance, Craft, Computer by running skill development program run by USS Foundation. Girls are now becoming self-reliant by doing self-employment. Along with this, more than 1000 families were explained. The family was helped. Employment opportunities were provided for them.

 MSME Skill Development Programme
In collaboration with Ministry of MSME, Government of India, Nodal institution National Handloom and Handicraft Development Council, Technical institution SF Consultant institution Parivartan Vikas Samaj Samiti and USS Foundation, self-reliance awareness was organized among women. A 42-day sewing training program was organized by National Handloom and Handicraft Development Council. In which women will be given free training. So that they can make themselves self-reliant. This training is being given to various economically weaker people of the society and is dedicated to a new lifestyle in the field of art and craft. This training program is introducing our artists to new ideas and innovations of new and beautiful products, which is helping in making their production attractive and better. With this type of program organized by the Government of India, the participation of women in the upliftment of society and nation will increase. There will be progress of nation and society. Because the nation and society will develop only when facilities are provided to every level of the society.

 The organization USS Foundation is promoting small scale industries.
The sewing training program organized with the joint cooperation of the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, nodal organization National Handloom and Handicraft Development Council, technical organization SF Consultant, organization Parivartan Samaj Vikas Samiti and USS Foundation is creating awareness among women. The spirit of entrepreneurship has awakened in women. Women are now participating fully in the schemes run by the government for employment. The 42-day training program has increased the attraction of women towards the handloom industry. Women have started taking interest in small and cottage industries. This training program is introducing our artists to new ideas and innovations for new and beautiful products. Which is helping in making their production attractive and better. The Government of India is constantly taking initiative to promote small scale industries. Small scale industries are an important unit of the society. With whose help the society can be organized. Small scale industries play a very important role in the development of the nation.
